Why WhatsApp

Because nothing else gets opened.

Email sits unread. Calls go unanswered. A WhatsApp message is read before the tea gets cold.

A Tuesday

Most of it happens while you are busy.

You are at the counter, on a call, in a consultation. These go out anyway.

09:04

An IndiaMART enquiry is answered

Name, number, what they asked for — and the reply already sent.

Tomorrow's appointments confirm themselves

The ones who tap "can't make it" free the slot today, not tomorrow.

An invoice a week late gets a nudge

The job everybody puts off. It leaves without anybody feeling awkward.

What you get

Everything a shop does on WhatsApp, done properly.

Lead sources

Answer the enquiry before anybody else reaches them.

Connect the portals you already pay for. A lead arrives, a contact is made, a reply goes out, and somebody owns it — before anybody has opened a laptop.

  • IndiaMART, Justdial, Sulekha, TradeIndia
  • Facebook and Google lead forms
  • No API on your plan? Forward the emails instead

Appointments

Bookings that confirm themselves.

Two buttons on WhatsApp. Somebody who has said yes turns up; somebody who was merely reminded might.

  • Reminders a day before and an hour before
  • No-shows counted separately from cancellations
  • In the Google Calendar you already keep

Payments

Ask for money without having the conversation.

Chasing an invoice is the most uncomfortable job in a small business, so it gets put off. This one goes out on its own.

  • Before it is due, on the day, a week late, a month late
  • UPI and card links, with the receipt after
  • Reads your unpaid invoices out of Zoho Books

Team inbox

One number, and a record of who said what.

Instead of a phone passed around the shop. Conversations are handed out automatically, so two people never answer the same customer and nobody answers nobody.

  • Assigned by rules, skills, or in turn
  • Private notes the customer never sees
  • Your WhatsApp app on the phone keeps working

Integrations

It talks to what you already use.

One click each. No keys copied out of a developer console, no consultant, no month-long project.

Plus Zapier, n8n and Pabbly — so anything else you use connects too. See all →

Who uses it

Businesses that already live on WhatsApp.

Not "any business". These are the ones where answering faster is the difference between a sale and somebody else's sale.

What people say

Three shops, in their own words.

Empty until we have real ones. A made-up quote is worse than no quote.

Pricing

Stated plainly.

WhatsApp charges per conversation, and that money goes to Meta rather than to us — so it is listed separately instead of buried in the plan.

Meta charges roughly ₹0.11 for a utility message and ₹0.78 for a marketing one. A shop sending three hundred order updates a month spends about ₹35 on top of the plan. Work out yours →

Before you ask

The questions everybody has.

Will my number get blocked?
Not for using this. Numbers get blocked for sending marketing to people who did not ask, which the product makes harder rather than easier — opt-outs are honoured automatically and every send is rate-limited.
Do I need a new number?
No. If yours is already on the WhatsApp Business app it can be brought across, and both keep working. A brand-new number is fine too.
How long does setting up take?
Connecting the number is about ten minutes. Templates need Meta's approval, usually a few hours. Most shops are running the same day.
Can I still reply from my phone?
Yes. You keep replying from your phone, your team replies from here, and both see the same conversations.
What does WhatsApp itself cost?
Meta charges per conversation — roughly ₹0.11 for a utility message like an order update, and ₹0.78 for a marketing one. Replies to a customer within 24 hours are free. That money goes to Meta, not to us.
What if I want to leave?
Export your contacts and conversations whenever you like, and the number goes back to being only yours. No lock-in, no exit fee.
Who do I call when something breaks?
Us, in Hindi or English. Support is on WhatsApp, which is rather the point.
Talk to us

Fifteen minutes, and you will know if this fits.

No slide deck. We open the product, put your kind of business into it, and you decide.

  • In Hindi or English, whichever is easier
  • On WhatsApp, so you can watch it work
  • If it does not fit, we will say so

Show me how it works

We will message you on WhatsApp. No calls unless you ask.
