Pricing

Including the part everybody hides.

WhatsApp charges per conversation, and that money goes to Meta rather than to us. Every competitor leaves it off the pricing page, and every customer finds out in month two.

Work out your real total here instead.

No card to start. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan.

WhatsApp, to Meta400 utility · 0 marketing ₹44

A month, all in ₹2,043

Meta's rate is about ₹0.11 a utility conversation and ₹0.78 a marketing one, and a conversation is 24 hours rather than a message. Replies inside that window are free, so this is an over-estimate more often than not.

Yearly is two months off. Not a countdown — it is there whenever you want it.

The part everybody hides

What WhatsApp itself charges.

Meta bills per conversation, not per message — and a conversation runs for 24 hours, so twelve messages in an afternoon is one charge.

₹0.11
Utility

Order updates, reminders, receipts, appointment confirmations, replies to enquiries. Most of what a business sends.

₹0.78
Marketing

Offers, festival messages, win-backs. Seven times the price, so it is worth knowing which of your messages are which.

₹0
Replying

Anything you send within 24 hours of the customer writing. Which is most of a working day in an inbox.

Why we put this on the pricing page

Because you will find out anyway. Every WhatsApp platform charges a subscription and passes Meta's per-conversation cost through, and the ones that do not mention it are not cheaper — they are quieter.

Saying it here loses us a few signups. It keeps the ones who would otherwise have felt misled in month two, and those are the only customers worth having.

Before you ask

The money questions.

What happens after the fourteen days?

Nothing is charged, because we never took a card. The account keeps your data and stops sending until you pick a plan.

Nobody is billed by surprise here, and nobody has to remember to cancel.

Do I pay Meta separately?

No — it comes through us on the same invoice, at what Meta charges. We do not add anything to it.

The app shows the running total for the month, so it is never a surprise at the end of it.

Can I change plans later?

Any time, from inside the app. Going up takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata; going down takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.

What if I stop?

Export your contacts and conversations whenever you like — before you leave or after — and the number goes back to being only yours.

No exit fee and no notice period. A platform that has to trap people is telling you something about itself.

Is there a setup fee?

No, and there is no charge for setting your number up, getting templates approved, or the call where we do it with you.

That call is free because a business that never gets set up never becomes a customer, so it is not really a favour.

GST?

18%, on top of the plan and the WhatsApp charge. The invoice is a proper GST one with your GSTIN on it, so you can claim the input credit.
