Pause is not disconnect.

Every connection has a switch and a test button. Pausing stops messages going out while everything stays connected — for a stocktake, a shutdown, or an afternoon when something looks wrong.

Pause holds the sending, keeps the connection
Disconnect revokes the token at their end and removes the webhooks — so we are not still listed in your connected apps a year later
