WhatsApp template checker

Paste a template before you send it to Meta for approval. It checks the rules that get templates rejected most often, and tells you if Meta is likely to call it marketing — which costs about seven and a half times more to send.

    What it checks

    • Body up to 1,024 characters; header and footer up to 60.
    • Variables written as {{1}}, {{2}} in order, never at the very start or end, never side by side, and not too many for the length of the text.
    • Button labels up to 25 characters, and no more than 10 buttons.
    • Words that make Meta treat a message as marketing: offers, discounts, sale, free, festival wishes.

These are the common reasons for rejection, not Meta’s full review, which a person or their system still does. Nothing you type is sent anywhere; the check runs in your browser.

afosales submits templates for you and tracks every approval.

afosales answers, follows up and sends from your own WhatsApp number on the official Business API.
